Welp that is that.

Hope we take someone on the DL in the draft. There is a lot of talent there this year and any qb would be a reach.

Thought the DLine played well. Another coverage bust-

And we have a winning record in our division. Without the the division, we only have one win!!

Could have lost the 1st 2 games and possibly had 2 wins to show for this season, if it hadn't been for the Giants gaffe in the 1st game and Philly just stinking it up in the 2nd. Tough year, next year has to be better, RIGHT?

Yeah secondary didn't do any favors late

I was just thinking about the top 5 pick next year. Bosa,Nassib, and Ogbah will make their new teams happy. Goff or Boinkin I'm not sure

Well, the Jones' will still own the team and be the general manager(s). We will likely have Garrett back. We are a 36 year old quarterback coming off 3 collarbone breaks in his career (two this past year) and two back surgeries away from being one of the worst teams in the NFL. We all are excited about a kid who went 15-25 for less than 200 yards 3INTs and 1TD with a sack.......hope springs eternal.

I think CB has to be the pick unless we do something in FA. Not sure what's out there.

We have plenty of holes....Can pretty much pick at every position. The secondary, QB and D-line are likely the priority. Also, we need a running back, probably a 2nd tight end, probably anohter receiver, maybe another linebacker....oh s.... at least our Cheerleaders are good.

Moore has the perfect number, looks like a left handed Jason Garrett. Weak arm, intelligent winner, just not enough talent. Good 3rd string guy

I can't believe people actually think Moore played well tonight....comical really.
I wouldn't say well, but he didn't play awful either. He was thrown into the fire and showed the ability to move the ball down the field. As I recall, when Romo took over for Bledsoe, the first game he was thrown into the fire and threw three picks(not saying Moore is next Romo or anything lol). Just the fact that it looked like the offense could get the ball down the field is why people think Moore played okay.

Fuller from VT is the best. not sure where he will go through. Dline is safest if you have a high pick though

A few boards have Fuller 5th or 6th CB and a couple others have him as the 3rd CB, not sure when all those rankings came out though. Lots of needs

58.2 rating with three picks and 60 percent completion is not good. Small stature, arm strength is not great, but he is a winner. Compared to Cassell and his 13.2 QB rating he was stellar. Amazing what one thinks is acceptable QB play after this abomination of a season.

Moore is NOT a NFL QB. He's a college circus act.
I would just as soon pick up Tebow(jokingly) than keep Moore. Watching him tonight, he's a good kid, but teams will start pressing the receivers and bringing the house and it will get ugly in a hurry

Before I posted that, I included, then erased calling him Tebow lite

I thought Moore played like someone who hasn't had a chance to play..The last int was irrelevant.....But I'd rather had Moore start than Cassel. Cassel was a joke. Moore should be starting the rest of the year.. The COWBOYS need to know if there's a chance he could be a backup.

And the COWBOYS need to learn to play small ball. It seems our receivers, outside of Witten, can't get open on 3rd and short. Hard to believe Dunbar is the only RB who could get open.

After 3-4 games of game tape on Moore, he will throw 4 picks a game. He can only make about a third of the throws. Once they take away the couple of things he can do adequately, he will be useless

I don't see anyone here singing his praises and saying he's the answer. For me at least we will find out is he an adequate backup or not, where does he fit if at all. Just gives them some info before the draft or FA. In the old days when a game was out of reach the backups went in and got some reps now they keep starters in there and let them take the hits. I for one am glad he got some time. I hope Showers gets some plays too before the season is done. Why play cassel at all?

I doubt Cassel plays again, it would be pointless, but I've seen questionable decisions here before

Moore is not the answer at Backup for next year Period. Nice young man with a ton of poise but he does not possess NFL caliber talent. Im not a scout or a coach and while he should start the rest of the season that is kinda like saying hey the Ferrari's in the body shop but we can still drive the Escort to the Mall.

The next 2 games might be entertaining to watch but Moore should not be on the team next year IMHO.

The coaching staff bumbled the backup position this year as bad as the old staff did when Brad Johnson was the backup back in 2008 .
