I used to go to South Carolina. Fireworks were world class and very cheap.
Americans are not allowed to light fireworks here......

We used to be big into the fireworks but tailed off about 15 years ago. Now when I'm "home" we just sit out on the deck and watch the show in the neighborhood. Last year we were in Nashville and saw their stuff, really good.

Anyway, hope everyone had a good 4th. It really is a cool holiday -- the birth of our nation. Be safe on the roads!

We have a little town outside Spokane, WA called Spangle... they allow fireworks... We have about 40 people go out there every year and light our own fireworks for 3 hours or so... Great tradition...
