There's only one rule change I want to see and that is the 24 second violation. I think a technical foul should be awarded if a team can't get a shot off in 24 secs.
Then if they get a second is the coach thrown out for getting two Ts? Losing possession is enough.

Personally I think they should eliminate the 24 second rule all together - The rule was designed to speed the game up and increase the scoring. The game will work itself out naturally if you let it

Here's my solution

MAKE YOUR DAMN FREE THROWS

Exactly. I have no problem with the hack a " " strategy. Spoelstra tried it against the Warriors the last time the two teams played by fouling Bogut who is not a good free throw shooter. Bogut hit all six of his free throws and Spoelstra gave it.

Some times it works and most of the time it doesn't. For the record if they used the strategy and lost then it didn't work in my opinion and all it did was slow down a game that would have been more interesting. Some in here insists that even if they still lose, that it worked so whatever

I like the 24 second rule. Even college instituted a time clock back in the 1980s. I prevents teams with leads from playing keep away sometimes for an entire quarter. I remember Notre Dame playng keep away for an entire quarter.

Just make your free throws. If you can't make at least 60% of them (and I would argue that 60% kinda sucks too), you deserve to get fouled.

LOL - You're a target for sure and the thing about it - it should be the easiest part of the game.

Actually - I don't have a problem with that strategy really, but it is a valid point.

I would stop watching the basketball game if a team started doing that. And they'd feel really bad about it, too, because the NBA cares about my viewership. ;)
