I trust anyone who was able to keep Antonio Brown somewhat in check.

I think Bruce stays regardless. My main sticking point is I would not give up picks for Tomlin.

Yeah yeah give up a top 3 pick for a HC , it would be hugely typical of Snyder

Im against giving up picks for a coach. We don't have a 2nd round pick in 2020.

Out of that bunch McCarthy.

But, I am coming around to kbso's thinking. I don't know that he would be a good head coach and I can't imagine him being here long under Snyder but for a year or two there would be some guys running around with their hair on fire.

Del Rio has recently said heck no so that's that. I would say McCarthy also since he brings a reputable resume with him and likely some good coaching.

I know who it won't be, Kevin O'Connell. He may call the plays but it is obvious that Callahan is telling him to give me a run or give me a pass play. If at 1-5, the Skins didn't trust O'Connell enough to have full control of the playcalling then we already have our answer. If they were really evaluating him, they would have Callahan run practice, decide who plays, make key 4th down decisions and let Kevin run the offense.

After 12 passing attempts and an offense out of the 70s it is clear that is not the case.

I don't watch as much football as I used to but watching that I back formation kind of makes me laugh. The fullback Callahan wanted was even funnier. AP doesn't like having a fullback. Way to know your team coach. :pound:

Callahan can coach a OL but his HC skills are shall we say a little outdated

Snyder would be lucky as all hell to have any one of those coaches on that list above standing on the sidelined next year but the reality of the matter is that none of them would want this job. Money is money but pride is pride too. I'm guessing the next head coach of this team will be a no-name-newbie (QB coach somewhere or some other positional coach) whose full of himself and believes that "HE" and he alone can make a difference. Zorn v2. Reality can be a bitch.

Remember the manner in which Jim Zorn became head coach? Well...
