Sorry boys, I don't see any of these ideas working. Danny isn't going to move out of the way. I have 20 years of history that says I am right. We have all thought so before, I am not buying it now.

I also know people that have worked or currently work for the organization that says Dan isn't going to change.

I heard Dabo Sweeney today.
Not gonna happen. He is a God at Clemson. It doesn't get any better than what his career/life is right now.

I still like Gregg. I think he's a guy that we can actually get. Word is last year when Dan tried to hire him to be the DC and was turned down he told him something like our paths may cross again. I wish I could provide the link. I'll try later.

With Gregg you get your culture change. You will play with your hair in fire or you won't play. You will do what I tell you to and be where I tell you to be on the field or you won't play no matter who you are and how much you make. Just ask Lavar Arrington.

Gibbs was really pushing Bowles last year to be the DC. Bowles is a Redskin. I'll Never forget 91, but does he have the temperament to change the culture here. Just seems too laid back.

Frankly, anybody who doesnt instruct the secondary to play ten yards off the ball when it’s 3rd and 5 would be a good start.

Anybody who knows how to input stunts into their basic dline play would help too.

Bonus to a d-coord who puts his best players in their natural positions to maximize their talent.

An O-coord who doesnt run on first down 75% of the time would be helpful. Who runs with chris thompson in the game, takes risks, puts in multiple formations, misdirections, and mixes up personnel would be swell.

Just curious...

Why would ANY Coach, worth even half a crap, be willing to come in to Danny Snyder's dumpster fire?

Lol... ok.

And you also get to go down as a loser Head coach.

Tell me. Which Head Coach (in the Snyder era) has ended up being successful anywhere after being HC of the Redskins?

And tell me, the last coach, hired by the Redskins that another team actually wanted.

I mean, I'm looking at a couple washed up has been ex-head coaches, a quarter back coach and a coach that is where he's at because of the accomplishments of his brother.
