completion percentage in 4th quarter........ career

Dan Marino...........58.1
Joe Montana.....58.2
Troy Aikman..........60.7
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Brett Favre........60.7
Tom Brady.............61.6
Phillip Rivers.....61.9
Russell Wilson.....62.3
Peyton Manning........62.6
Drew Brees...........63.3
Aaron Rogers.........63.5
Tony Romo........65.2

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dak Prescott.......64.4
Carson Wentz.....60.8
Captain Kirk Cousins.........63.1
Eli Manning..........58.9

Thank You to Pro Football Reference.com

Those stats on the bottom for NFC-E QBs are meaningless especially in terms of Prescott & Wentz. The sample size is way too small. Wait till they play at least a few more years. They could be similar or they could drop due to factors like injuries, quality of opponents, more film on them to expose weaknesses, etc. Comparing someone w/ 13 games under their belt to someone who has played 13 seasons (Eli) is absurd.

Some of the greatest QBs in NFL history...... in the 4th quarter....with passer ratings

Passer rating, is a combination of stats, made into a formula, to create a number
pass attempts / pass completions......touchdown passes / interceptions.......total yardage

in the 4th quarter for a career ...passer ratings

Joe Montana.....79.9
Troy Aikman..........79.9
Brett Favre........80.4
Dan Marino...........85.4
Phillip Rivers.....88.4
Drew Brees...........89.4
Peyton Manning........90.5
Tom Brady.............94.5
Russell Wilson.....100.3
Aaron Rogers.........101.5

and then, there is this one guy, who has a ......102.7 passer rating in the 4th quarter
And right now, he's the backup QB, for the DALLAS COWBOYS
And I'm not talking about Mark Sanchez

and oh, by the way......the starting QB for the COWBOYS
Dak Prescott, in 13 games, has a 102.9 passer rating in the 4th quarter
trevor siemian has a 112.3 so siemian >>>>>>>>>>>>>prescott:suds:

4th Quarter passer rating is basically pitch and catch these days till you hit the goal line. The goal of the defense is to run you out of timeouts not to keep you from getting yards.

4th Quarter Passer rating is mostly meaningless.

Exactly correct. That and it's 21-20 at the end of the 3rd quarter and you have the ball at the 10 yard line. Kick a field goal to start the 4th qtr go up 23-21 and no one scores the rest of the game guess what you get a 4th quarter comeback added to your stats. Who gives a shit

Wild guess you are jumping off the Dak bandwagon because of one bad game
Actually he was never on the Dak bandwagon. You have to remember there is a segment of Cowboy "fans" that will back Romo before the team. They were sometimes secretly and sometimes openly rooting for Dak to crash and burn so that Romo would keep his job regardless of what was best for the team

NOTE to all my fellow Hooplians, if, BIG IF, the Cowboy's do win the SB I will not change. I will remain the same lovable, kind, friendly poster I've alway been.

Anyone who trades for him is batshit crazy and should be fired!!!!

Denver may make sense, maybe Arizona

Only a team with a SB type roster and a black hole at QB should consider a one year flyer on Romo

Pretty sure if the cowboys win the SB their fans will be way more annoying than pats or seahawk fans.

All of them combined wont be worse than Brady fans

(Yes, Brady fans and Pats fans are not the same people)

If the Cowboys' line can't keep Romo healthy, Denver's line would get him killed.

I hear ya, guess it would all depend on the cost

For a mid round pick, I think its worth a flier for Denver, that QB position will continue to hold them back over the next season or 2, and than, as you know the window closes

I can identify with that. That sounds just like how some of the RG3 diehard fans acted all the way up until the end of last season (when it was obvious that Cousins was much better). My stance is to always root for your team regardless of who is playing certain positions & root for those guys 100%.

Denver would be silly to not kick the tires on Romo. With an average QB they are a solid playoff team. With a good QB they are one of the SB favorites. Right now...not sure they even make the playoffs.

Then they are not real smart and you can expect those teams to take nose dives.
