I bought it at NW stadium. I was sitting next to a 61 year old season ticket holder. I was telling him how I didn't like the name. This was while I was wearing a huge NA logo t-shirt.

He looked at me and seemed kind of puzzled. He told me that he supports the team. He said they can call them whatever they want to. It's about the city and the team.

I will still call them the Skins and I still hope we get a uniform and name change, but it did soften my stance enough to go buy a trucker and cheer like crazy.

Yeah, I don't either. Took my son up there for the home opener and to see my Aunt who was in hospice. She passed two days ago. I have to fly back in a couple of weeks for the funeral.

The plan is to move back permanently with in the next two years. Debating whether to get tickets to the Ravens v Skins game that weekend.

I miss DC. I hate that I'm visiting under these circumstances.

Really sorry to hear this, always a heartbreaking situation to lose a loved one. How wonderful that you were able to visit with her one last time, especially with your son. Time with those we love, is truly one of the greatest gifts we can give.
