This threatened boycott by people who would like the name returned does not sit well with me. I felt like it was make the case and then we will see what can be done.

I am only speaking for me I wanted the name back because it was the long time name and I never once thought it was racist or derogatory. I thought it was meant as a source of pride. If they went with Warriors or Braves (3rd choice) and used the same uniform or switched back to the lance on the side of the helmet I would be okay with that.

I'm right with you. Redskins and a retractable roof at the RFK site is everyone's dream. I feel like there was a certain group of people that felt they knew what Native Americans shoud be offended by.

This group feels like a bunch of Skins fans that is using Native Americans as a front. If feels like they are insinuating that all or most the signatures are coming from NAs, based on the group name.

I don't like to be mislead from either side of the isle.

Like you said, the Superbowl logo or the lance with Warriors or Braves is more than enough for me.

With the old uniforms out there on the field, we will all call them the Redskins anyway.

Naw, a backhanded joke aimed at her politics. I was kinda for this group until I saw the people who are running it. Looks like a bunch of disgruntled Redskins fans and not Native Americans who are spearheading this.

It would be such an easy win for Harris. Seeing those uniforms with THAT helmet out on the field again would be cathartic for so many.
