Scott Gomez should officially become a member of the San Jose Sharks today. At least it's headed in that direction now.

The Sharks have to make some kind of roster move before they can officially sign him. The easiest thing to do would be to move Burns to the IR but if they are sending someone to Worcester it will be 24 hrs before the signing can be official.

I like it - His stock is way down so he's cheap and we took a pretty good look at him. Its a 1yr deal and Montreal has to put in some cheddar. Hopefully he can make our bottom 6 a little more bearable to watch.
