He was saying Bron has better teammates, but he has been playing with Love, Kyrie, and Varajeo. I obviously can see what he meant if they were healthy, but they arent. So how does Lebron have better teammates than Harden lol

Yeah, I was wondering what you were referring. If the Cavs were healthy, then yes, Lebron would have a better team around him. But they aren't, so he doesn't.

So I have never had a concussion, how long does it usually take to recover? I know it depends on the seriousness, but he has to be cleared.

There is a certain concussion protocol. Kyrie had one last year after getting kneed in the head by ACTUAL cheap shot artist Dwade....Dwade makes Delly look like Danny Ferry cheap shot wise.

I am pretty sure- that during the regular season at least that players are not allowed to return to action for 7 days. I am not sure about this though. I am sure he willbe fine after a week anyway...

i like the cavs in this one
Cavs in 6. Wouldn't be surprised if it's 5. Game 7 would surprise me.

Should be a really good series.

I was just coming on here to say that. I like the Cavs in 5. I think the warriors think they got this one in the bag. the same way OKC did when they faced the Heat in finals a couple of years ago. If the warriors wanna run, the cavs can do that. if the warriors wanna have a 3pt contest, the cavs can do that also. the warriors do have a better bench.

That's blasphemous

This is the series that missing Love really hurts.

Draymond Green would have been on Love most of the time- now he is another solid option to throw at LeBron.
not only that- but the offense Love add is most crucial in this series against a team that can score so many points so quickly....The Cavs offensive efficiency was justabout at the top of the league and thats not the case since Love has been gone, and Irving has been on one foot.

I have heard that Varejao might be considered to play in this series....lol...i dontk now how that would wok...guy hasnt played since december.

Not to mention that iguodala is another solid option on LeBron James

Cavs have looked as good or probably better then they have all season during this stretch of games that Love has missed.

If you want to talk Cavs offense with him, then don't forget to mention Cavs defense without him.

FWIW, the last time GS tried to put Green on Lebron, he torched him for 42 points. There isn't a player on GS that is a "solid option" to put on Lebron. The only thing they can hope for is that they're able to minimize the rest of the contributions from guys like JR, Kyrie, etc.

Exactly.
Best strategy to beat James' teams is just accept that he's going to get his and try to win at the other 4 positions.

Yup. If Thompson and Curry can limit Kyrie and JR, the Cavs will be in trouble.

First of all half the crowd is Cleveland they were already in. Then GS was up 3-1, lets be fucking honest everybody knew. They would never change the date it is preset for a reason, big deal that get a rest. It's not like your team made it anyway, so it doesnt matter lol.
There is no good reason to move the date up to Tuesday, no good reason at all :laugh3:
Im stating as a NBA fan. There is no good reason to have such a long layoff

Yeah, Lebron is like MJ in the sense that you're not going to stop him, but you can make him inefficient and defend the other 4 to cut down on his assists. You can live with Lebron getting 35 points, if it's 35 points on sub 50% shooting and he only has 6-8 assists.

But as he showed in the game vs. Atlanta where he had something like 37 points on 37 shots, if you let him get 13 assists on top those 37 points, you're probably not going to win.

It was a combination of everybody not just green. Iggy IMO is the best option just cause he's quick and strong enough to guard lebron

I agree. But look at the scores in the 1st round Dallas/Houston and look at Boston/Cleveland. Cleveland scored over 103 points 1 time in that series. In one game they scored 99 points and won. Houston's worst game was 103 points and the game I was at (Game 3) it was 130-128 Rockets. West has always been run and gun. East has always been more physical and played tougher D. So the leagues are different. Always have been

We'll see which works in the Finals.

Maybe teams in the east just can't shoot? :noidea:

I've had several. It really depends. I've always recovered fairly quickly from mine. Although concussion protocol is far different today than it was in the 80's, so it's a tough comparison. Back then, it was you got your "bell rung" and you basically went right back in when the fog cleared. lol

Basically, they'll want to make sure that any headaches, dizziness/nausea, etc. are no longer a problem. The one good thing about the long delay is that, unless it was a fairly severe concussion, he should be good to go by game time.

I don't know about tougher D. More like the east has trouble scoring and they play at slower paces
