This has already been talked about during the thread, and I've already gone on record saying that this is a pointless debate. So.
You've repeated yourself for days now. So?

It's interesting to discuss about the other QBs. I'm going to participate when people actually talk about it. It might be pointless and not lead to anything, but it's interesting and fun.

Yep, the only reason Denver went to those early Super Bowls, because of Elway. You but Elway on those Browns teams of the mid to late 80s, he would of won a ring.

No. The Browns just wouldn't have gotten rolled like the Broncos. The biggest reason as to why those Broncos, and later the Bills went to all those Super Bowls within a 10 year span (most were ass kickings) is because the AFC at the time was garbage.

while Rodgers who is probably the best right now only has 1 season of 4600 yards.

Rodgers isn't throwing 600+ times per year - that is the reason why he's not putting up multiple 4600+ yard seasons. His yards per attempt is at 8.0 all time, so he gets a lot out of every attempt. Your dome argument does however stand.

Frankly, it's hard for me to take this poll seriously when a.) anyone with three brain cells knows that Peyton Manning is the greatest to ever play, by whatever sort of criteria they want to present that they anoint their favorite as, and b.) this board is run amok with brainwashed zealots of the Church of Brady, and c.) it's started by a guy who admittedly knows nothing about football and just hates "Payton" Manning.

But other than that, this thing seems legit.

Hammer can travel the multiverses and check how Montana does on other teams while still in his prime.

CryBRADY. You missed the word play, old man. Try Sudoku to sharpen up that aging mind of yours. Now go back to your coffee.

I wonder what he'd do on a normal team without Jerry Rice? Oh, that's right. We know. :L

Okay so Montana didn't win a ring while in KC. Although in '93 he took them to the AFCCG. They haven't been back since.

A bunch of things to unpack there.

93' Montana was made of glass. Still a great player but they threw a flag if someone even looked at him wrong. I'm not sure thats an example of Montana with an average team. Thats an example of an average Montana with a really good team but not quite a Niners team. That defense was really good. If Dick Vermeil was ever able to put a defense half as good as the ones from that era then the Chiefs would have made multiple AFCCGs.

Fair enough. I was just giving Hammer some shit anyway.
