Gimme Five: For five months you can only eat five meals, watch five movies, and listen to five albums. List the 5.
How about five reasons people over complicate a simple task purely for the reason of off season entertainment? That's way too morbid. I wouldn't want to be forced into five of anything for that long, I'd go nuts after a week, okay two. Also, context is needed: why are we limited in selection? Are we stranded? Forced into a fallout bunker?
If we're listing favorites, five really isn't enough. Ribeyes and lasagna don't serve well for breakfast, and oatmeal is boring but could help keep you regular during a period of five months filled with rich foods.
What if my favorites are comedy, but I'm in the mood for mystery, but mysteries don't play well on repeat.
Whilst I didn't answer the question, I hope I gave enough others to dive through reality options over that period.
I'm not limited to five of anything, but for the past two months, I've been working my ass off to get my A1C down to 7%. I've had it as high as 12.2 and it seems to want to stay around 8.8%.For five months you can only eat five meals,
Jeepers man it's not about your current diet.I'm not limited to five of anything, but for the past two months, I've been working my ass off to get my A1C down to 7%. I've had it as high as 12.2 and it seems to want to stay around 8.8%.
Basically I've eliminated carbohydrates and anything with free sugar. My blood test in April tells that I'm down around 7.2%.
1. Salad.................every things that's a veg that doesn't need cooking.
2. Green vegetables - cooked. Asparagus, Broccili, Green Beans, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, etc.
3. Sweet Potatoes instead of potatoes, but with restriction to the amount because of natural sugar
4. Unlimited protein. Beef, Chicken, Pork. I wish I could eat fish. Love it, but it hates me.
5. Yogurt.................with berries and homemade unsweetened granola.
Snack?? Nuts. Even those get a bit boring.
I guess that's five food groups that make up the diet for the remainder of my life.
I will cheat when the time comes. Rigatoni, curly thick spaghetti, lasagna. AND a triple scoop hot fudge sundae with whipped cream.
Ribeye w/asparagus or broccoli.Gimme Five: For five months you can only eat five meals, watch five movies, and listen to five albums. List the 5.

5 movies
1) Does all 3 Lord of the Rings count as individual movies or one continuous? I'm going to count it as one.
2) Idiocracy--random comedy that is very underrated

4) Guardians of the Galaxy--None of these are my favorite movies but ones I could be good with watching over and over
5) Tommy Boy--hard to beat one of the true comedy classics
Sorry not great with music. I'm a listen to podcast kind of guy even when I'm working out. I can give you my 5 favorite podcasts more so than music. Which is funny since my grandma is a music teacher and I have been playing for years.
