from how much red meat?
That's the question.
Me and the wife don't take any chances eating steaks and burgers at home that suck anyway.
About once a month we treat ourselves to Peter Luger's

Eat red meat and get colon cancer.
1. If your going to eat a steak, eat in the restaurant, not take out..
Eh, I probably have red meat once every 2 weeks on average. Not necessarily because I'm trying to limit it. Just happens that way. But I'll cook a steak at home or put a roast in every once in a while. Not gonna live scared something MIGHT happen to me. I'm just going to live my life, in a healthy, fun manner. That's the question.

Everytime its a bad idea. Ice cold by the time i get back to my hotel room, and rarely ever cooked right.

I'm not a big red meat eater either (maybe 2-3 times a month), and were kind of the same way...nice restaurant out and enjoy.
Now that my grilling pad is finished, but I'm not sure Luger's or our local steakhouse would be any better than Patton's butcher cut steaks cooked on a Primo. The salesman that calls on Patton's is a friend of my boss (owner of the company)says the steaks he supplies them with are the same grade that he sells the big Buckhead steakhouses.
Luger's serves a badass Porterhouse, though i prefer a ribeye... Never tried/heard of Patton's... will have to look it up
Drop it on the floor.
Poison them.
Fart on the napkins.
Yep..,
Fuck them.
Shit everywhere.
I like a slimy oyster in my ass before serving it
You probably shouldn't have heard of them...Patton's is a local butcher here.
My point was I've been to some very nice steakhouses and the sales guy that supplies most of these places went to school with the owner of our company...He said he sells the same prime grade beef to Pattons.
Damn, I might need to have you send me some of those steaks!!! Yes I would pay for for it!!!![]()
