Everytime its a bad idea. Ice cold by the time i get back to my hotel room, and rarely ever cooked right.
sounds disgusttingI’ve been eating cold ribeye raw - 6 oz per day. A little sea salt and pepper with a tenderizer used on it beforehand. Not bad

da fuq, raw steak and egg fn grossRibeye has the highest fat content of any cut of steak. Its delicious and juicy when cooked, but sounds terrible cold.
Steak tartare (raw steak) is usually made from tenderloin, fillet, but can even do sirloin. Nobody wants to eat raw fat. Its actually really tasty with a raw egg cracked in too though, and some minced onions.

Del Friscos makes a pretty good steak. Aged for like a month or so.
Drop it on the floor. There are lots of places who cook/age a hell of a steak. But to get one to go? Odd... It's like the people who come to the restaurant I work at and ask for raw oysters to go, really? (And yes, it does happen)...
