I could be a cheeky bastard again and say: "Boiler Up!", but I like the Buckeyes too much. So, O-H! seems more appropriate. FWIW, I've been to two Ohio State-Purdue games with a 1-1 result.

There used to be talk of the FSU-Miami rivalry and it is a rivalry (another school located in the same
state). However there are very few Miami alum spread out across the State. There is a Gate
family on every street. Miami falls far short of rule #1.
