I'm just saying I, as in me, like him to be the best, just stating an opinion. Could I be wrong? Sure I am wrong a lot of the time but I am right every once in a while too. None the less I'm still happy to put myself out there and debate it with whomever even if my reasons are being called weird or Im being called it, lol.

see now that's the thing. .. take, for example, what TKO, Will (among others), and myself with debating "to Ball or not to Ball", we come with stats, comparisons, as much history as can be rationally applied. . And we have a debate. How can anyone debate when your reasoning for this is. ." He has a chip on his shoulder"? Other than just saying that's ridiculous, which will inevitably escalate into name calling and get ugly? If you like a guy fine, but don't claim your willing to debate your opinion when that's what you've got.

It's throwing darts. It has no basis. It's just odd to be honest. Even moreso when it's not coming from a homer.

Odd? I guess I can't argue with that one Kramer and Treff I will try and gather more stats for you. There is one stat that sticks out to me and that is Gerhart's 7.9 yards per carry last year, and I yes, I know defenses most likely let up a bit once AP left the game but I like him and can't wait to see what he does now and I am ranking him number 1. Sorry if it's a little weird to you but I'm sticking to it!

Foot does have the Turner story going in his favor. The Falcons were hideous the year before, and Turner tore it up after coming over from SD.

(One difference, though, is that Turner in SD was significantly better with heavier workloads.)

Hey Foot, I like the dude too but you really should temper your expectations.............those YPC are going to be cut in half IMO but he should still be able to get you double digit points in most weeks..............but dude, to rank him as your number 1 is not ballsey its more like an attention grabber..................if I thought he would score 12 TD's this year I'd endorse him as a high RB2 just on sheer volume alone but I don't see him scoring more than 5-6....................so in standard leagues I see him around 1000 rushing (maybe 1100), 400 recieving and 5 TD's...........low end RB 2 numbers..........right at 10pts per game........thing is I see that as pretty much his ceiling. If you were to put it on paper, what are your predictions for his numbers?

I stand by my assessment that he's a flex play, borderline rb2. His ceiling is a high end rb 2. Any rb that is the lead back on their team is worth owning in just about every league. I wouldn't use a draft pick higher than late fifth/sixth round on him, but just because he is in Jacksonville doesn't mean he can't have a few good games. He's a good goal line back and if he can muster something like 50yards and a touch down every now and then, I think he's definitely worth owning.

And Treff also when I make a decision on a player it's not always about that stats for me. That's why I catch a lot flack sometimes and I understand that, but I like evaluating the emotional and the psychological side of what the player is going through.

Interesting tid bit, there are fortune 500 companies that when looking for salesman they only hire guys that have an interesting trait. That trait is that their ring finger is longer than their pointer finger. Studies have shown that if your ring finger is longer than your pointer finger that you have a more increased testosterone level than most other guys and therefor are more competitive. It is a determining factor in evaluating which salesman will be the most successful. Not to brag but mine is like that and I would be willing to bet that your is and that mostly all the guys on here is too!

That's how i like to think, a little or maybe a lot outside the ol' box!

So did you draft Michael Sam for your IDP league? I might be a bit behind but Wes Welker has an interesting trait now too that I never would have guessed. Ronnie Lott had a kickstand hand..............BTW, is Toby's ring finger longer than his middle finger?

Aside from giving myself whiplash from shaking my head. . One Quick comment and I'm not even going to bother on this subject again.

you have no clue as to their emotional or psychological state, pretending you do is asinine, pure and simple. . Anyone could just as easily argue that he's finally gotten a decent payday, will be content and mail it in.. .

Just simply say you honestly have no rational reason, but it's your opinion and you're' sticking to it. That's all you can fall back on. . It's this other BS that you harp about that gets you going backwards every time

Thanks, Sam and thanks Wil for your comment and i really do like him number 1. I think AP gets a little older and a little slower, Shady now has the water bug to deal with, Charles has lost key pieces on the line, Forte is inconsistent, one good year, one bad. I honestly would rather have Gerhart as my top guy but i could understand it looking like am doing it just to entertain the folks.

Now, I am not saying I would draft him number one cause that would be stupid when I know I can get him later, I'm just making the bold statement that I believe he will finish number on due to the psychological aspects of him waiting, the fact the coaches seem to love him and have stated over an over again that he will get 20 plus touches and the fact that no one will rival him for goal line touches. Oh and then factor in the receptions. My only fear is injury, that's the only think that can keep him from performing at an "what I believe will be" an elite level, and of course I'm probably wrong, but I am all in on him, have him in all my league except one!

You know who will be #1? One of exactly 2 people. Charles or McCoy. That's it. And that's it by a wiiiide margin.

And he still wasn't #1

He was #2, though - way ahead of #3 and only kept out of the #1 spot by DWill, of all people.

If Toby even ends up #2, I'm turning my avatar into a statue of Foot.
