Could be Halls swang song as a Giant with Fonty close to ready. Panda dropped to five; he had a couple of nice ABs last night. We have a PTB sighting!! GP, ready your Batman...Stew in for Babe Whiteside.

No Twin has faced Lincecum and no significant ABs vs. Duensing for the Giants.

No Nishi due to a sore hammy and no Mauer due to minor back soreness. Mauer was probably going to get the day off anyway but any utterance of injury with him makes every Twins fan cringe.

Similar to the "Freddy Sanchez is complaining of soreness in his knee" scenario. What's your read on Duensing? He looks like a hack AAAA pitcher to me. You know, the kind that shut the Giants down for seven innings....

I hate it when the Giants' bats make guys with 4.50 ERAs look like Cy Freaking Young. What makes it more frustrating is that they'll tear guys like Cliff Lee, Roy Oswalt and Shawn Marcum apart like they are minor leaguers and then let a guy like Tom Gorzealanny go 8 scoreless.
