This is the worst hitting team I think I have ever seen. No discipline. No clue at the plate. No patience.

The Reds' pitcher (who spent time in the minors already this year) is pitching a shutout, and has hit two doubles as well.

Reds with 7 walks, Giants have 1??!?!?!?!?!?

Is this a hangover from Franchez' injury?

Will someone please step up and lead this group?

I expected more out of this homestand, but we are stinking up the joint. Not in the A's fashion, mind you. After today, we'll be at 5-4 on the homestand. I was hoping for 6-4 or 7-3.

Maybe someone needs to mount a slumpbuster. Or buy Jobu some rum. Or stop swinging at 3-0 pitches. Or stop swinging at breaking balls in the dirt. Or throwing 2 balls for every strike. Or SOMETHING.
