Yeah, they've been talking about that on the mlb network a lot. Lot's of games going into the 5th inning with one or more teams hitless.

And, yes, pitchers are better. I can't remember ever seeing so many middle relief guys throwing 95mph fastball with two off speed pitches. Plus lots of starters sitting around 95+, as well.

They're going to have to lower the mound again or something.

Probably but he has to come back eventually. And no one warrents a demotion. Runzler hasn't been used much lately, and he has options but he certainly hasn't done anything wrong.
