ok good. obviously, won't be dissapointed if he's poised in his first play-off game. even then, see no harm in starting out throwing 2-3 'safer' passes.

I looked at the Saints road opponents total defensive ranks and compared it to the 49ers home opponents total defensive ranks. This is not to take anything away from the prolific Saints offense or Sean Paytons coaching but:

On average the Saints on the road have faced the 21st ranked defense while the 49ers at home have faced on average the 16th ranked defense. In addition, the Saints have only faced a top 10 defense on the road only once, Tennessee. The Niners have faced two top 10 defenses, Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

Of course if I missed something (which is possible being biased) let me know

People say the NFC west is weak but the NFC South has NO defense. Atlanta looks good against bad teams but gets shredded by good teams, Carolina, TB sucks. NOs D is overrated just like Atlanta's.

I like getting the ball in the 2nd half. First half your offense hasn't seen what the defense is doing. By halftime you should have them figured out and be able to sustain a drive. Ideal situation would be, get a stop, take the lead, get the ball back 2nd half with the lead.
