At the risk of being elitist here... I see a lot of crank individuals like Tito who comment on economic issues. I'm sure some of them have some type of personality disorder, but generally they're just very poorly educated, and thus unable to vet information, or analyze intelligently. But when Tito goes off on Comcast/KNBR conspiracy theories he wonders into the personality disorder category.
