I still think he may have subtle but lingering effects from that face crush he took from Padilla. His career may be ruined, which is a shame because he really is/was a gamer, good ballplayer, won a ring in Chicago, you want guys like him.

But take one to the dome like that + all the fence crashes in the field and you may be a little off on your timing.

I don't understand why pitchers look like such morons with a bat in their hands. I can understand not making contact, but to look so uncoordinated and so stupid is just ridiculous.

I'm not a W's fan except as my 2nd team but they will only slightly improve this year I think. Lee is a nice pickup but makes the defense even worse if that's possible.

And to still have Nellie there, after he got his record...oy.

They don't all look that bad. Sanchez is the worst hitting pitcher I can think of.

I think many of these guys are single A quality hitters...who don't practice hitting.

That said, I like to think that I'd look less ridiculous striking out than Sanchez if I were up there.

Well, I haven't been this stoked about the Kings season since the glory days. I don't know why I'm so excited, but I guess there is just a lot of young talent to look forward to.

I think the ownership would love to bring in a new guy and start a new era now. But they got to wait for league approval of the sale before being able to make a move. So, once again, it seems the Ws are screwed.
