I do remember is was just the Craw catching it and sprinting to tag 2B in full stride las year. But both players were similar

It's an AB. Jack Clark once turned the Padres clubhouse against Tony Gwynn by observing that Gwynn would bunt players into scoring position rather than hit behind them (which still has a chance of getting through the infield) in order to protect his batting average.
