I was pretty impressed with those two last night. Both caught the ball pretty well and found ways to get open. Street made a nice catch on 3rd and long, was a few yards short of the marker and bulled his way ahead to get the first - I really liked that play. Escobar wasn't flashy, but he was available and caught the balls thrown to him. Gus Johnson also looked solid last night.

Maybe this is the year we finally start to se some returns on the Escobar pick. There's no question the guy can catch the football, just needs more opportunities. Anyone see how he was holding up as a blocker?

I think you highlighted it with the word "opportunities". There are only so many chances Escobar is going to get until he improves his blocking. A lot of guys to throw the ball too on this roster. Don't expect many catches this year, but hopefully he will make the ones he does get count again with a few TDs.

I dont care if its S or CB as long as we play the best 11

I dont see him as a TOP 3 CB this year. White looked pretty good last night. Think he has a better chance surplanting Wilcox.

I liked 99. I think his last name is Russell. I first noticed him in the scrimmage the other day. He dropped in coverage last night and made the play.

No major injuries. Young guys we wanted to see played very well. I'd say we won if you ask me...

Who cares? It's preseason. Some coaches really want to win in preseason others rather see what they have and need. Garrett coached that game to see what he has.

Escobar was dumb pick, just like Bennett and Fasano. 2nd round players should be better than 3rd string. Esocar is slow and cant block. He needs to be traded. Swaim is better than him. What pisses me off is we have had a pro bowl TE and we are wasting 2nd round pick on back up tight ends

That game was like watching paint dry. We need to hope for lots of good health to the starters
