Yeah, I keep hoping them bringing back Nymeria last season wasn't just tying up that lose end, but a reminder of, "hey, Nymeria and her wolf pack are out there." Thinking of Nymeria leads me to wonder where Ghost is. Have we seen him since Jon's revival?

I feel like because everyone is expecting this and have been doing so for a long time, they are going to zag on us when we are expecting a zig.

yeh. this writer has made us love people that do some very shitty things for self serving reasons. i don't expect the boy who was dealt the crap hand in season 1, end up being the man that beats down the bad guys. good or evil winning is not the style i've been seeing.

somehow there is going to be a victory for humans, but, everybody leaves feeling very dirty and disturbed.

Sansa most definitely has her hackles up, to put it mildly, but I'm not at the point of thinking she'll turn to the dark side. Depending on how she reacts to the news about who Jon really is, that could change.


btw - Cersei is planning on having Euron and the Golden Company attack the North while the North is fighting the WW's and Army of the dead, isn't she?

I would think that she will attack immediately after the Battle of Winterfell when the winner is the weakest.

I'm thinking Jamie just has a large role to play and that's why Bran is waiting on him, not because of the window thing.

mine was a comment about brandon's character not being well writen of late. the ending of jamie and brandon was all about jamie coming to the realization of brandon, which i was agreeing was weak that he cares or wants to make jamie uncomfortable or scared.

i am concerned over how much power brandon is starting to have with these visons and his use of them.

in season 7, brandon gives arya the dagger used to kill little finger. last night he tells sam, now is the exact moment, you must tell jon he's the rightful heir to the throne. he knows the exact moment Jamie shows up. all of sudden he is in the position to steer outcomes. some are speaking of brandon warging into one of the dragons. im hoping the story doesn't become reduced to that simplistic of an outcome where it's the three eyed raven versus the night king.

it seemed the previous three eyed raven was nowhere around humans to have this kind of influence which makes sense. which is why i used the term dungeon master. im not a fan of this direction with his character. it's too much power.

When she left Dragonstone last season she told Varys she'd be back one more time, that it was her fate to die in Westeros. Thinking back to whatever season it was, when Melissandre took Gendry to Stannis, she told Arya they'd meet again.
