So he totally gets saved and becomes a POW now right? Sort of a role reversal between him and Tyiran could be in the works?

He got tackled off of a horse into 20 foot deep water. I'm just assuming by the time he gets up Eurons ship will pull him out of the water. Unless he washes up directly on Blackwater Bay.

Holy

Fucking

Shit

That was entirely bad ass.

That's how war scenes should be.

If you didn't get a raging fucking boner when that dragon first came over the hill and fried that first part of the line you should just quit now. My god that was cool.

Yeah, dont have much to add... Holy Shit!

I was sporting wood the entire time watching the Dothraki and Dragon tear up the Lannister army. Sadly allowed the gold to make it to KL though... BOOOOOOO!

Thought when the Dothraki guy said to Tyrion, "Your people can't fight", that Tyrion might come back with, "Well, a big fuckin dragon setting half the army on fire kinda makes it a bit unfair."... but whatever.

Anyone think Tyrion may be having second thoughts? Or was he just worried for Jaimie?
Just concerned about Jaime. Even though Jaime still fights for Cersei, Tyrion and Jaime have always gotten along well (since he was one of the few that always treated Tyrion with respect) and will always care about each other (even though Jaime holds a grudge against him for killing Tywin after he freed Tyrion).

Is it reversal? Jaime was a POW in S2 or S3...

I'm thinking of when Tyiran was imprisoned for the murder of Joffrey and Jamie set him free before his execution. Granted Tyiran wasn't a POW but it would set the potentially set the stage for him to return the favor.

Could see either of those as well, I think we can all agree he's not dead yet though.

Spectacular! Great battle scene almost made Arya's bad-ass blade a complete afterthought.

Minor quibble: How was the Daenerys and Jamie standing in what was essentially a puddle, then all of a sudden he is falling into deep water?

Who saved Jaime?
-Bronn?
-Tyrion?
-Randyll Tarly?
-Dickon Tarly?

It has to be one of the above 4...correct?

Pretty sure it was Bronn.

Yeah, I just watched it again because it happened so fast...it was Bronn who saved Jaime. You can tell by the white horse he lept from. It was the same horse Bronn looked at a few moments prior when Bronn jumped off of the scorpion ballista wagon just as Drogon roasted the weapon.

Speaking of scorpion ballistas......one of them is not too much of a problem......but......if several of these weapons are deployed around King's Landing, then the dragons are in trouble.

Why would you only carry one giant bad ass dragon killing machine if you are going to carry any?

They do work, sort of. Might need to be hit by a few or a perfect shot in their mouths.

They have to take out Euron's navy to even the score still.

Doubt we see serious action with the night king and his army until the cliff hanger in ep7, but at least they are on the march. I mean they obviously lack the same teleporters they have in the south. Walking to that wall takes months and months and months. Well unless you are a cripple. That's different of course.

They gave us a few kind of 'fuck yeah' moments so can we assume we are once again about to get another gut punch? They never seem to let us be happy for long.

I don't think the travel time is causing the delay for the army of the dead attack....it's the weather. The White Walkers waited thousands of years for their next attack on mankind, and they want very nasty Winter weather to cover their advance. Extreme cold and/or blizzard conditions will make it very difficult for the living to fight.

Exactly... I couldn't believe it was over.

Great battle!! Romans vs Huns + Dragons... Freaking awesome.

Ha! I actually felt like I was watching a western at first. Except with swords and spears instead of guns and a dragon instead of nothing.

God fucking dammit. That battle sequence was great. Just awesome. But Jesus Christ.......Drogon burned down every single wagon they had EXCEPT the one with the giant ballistic crossbow? They even had a shot where all the wagons were lined up in a row and every wagon in front and behind the ballistics were burned to shit. Really, just look at this:

And come on, Jamie and Bronn need to be dead. Get some balls GoT. This is a minor step about "Jamie was fine because he hid under a dumpster".

Pretty sure it was Bronn. How he suddenly appeared without anybody noticing I have no idea! Dickon Tarley would be a great candidate. They definitely seemed to be building him up to a likeable guy that episode. I assumed that meant he was going to die but apparently not. I'd be shocked if it was Randyll Tarely and I'll be furious if it was Tyrion.
