for some reason i don't worry too much about the rags. i guess lundquist could get hot.

wonder how they will assimilate green back into the line up though. not so sure you want to go through an "adjustment period" in the first round of the playoffs.

Caps have sucked vs them this season. Granted, this team is a different team since they last played them, but a 6-0 loss and a 7-0 loss still concerns me

Edit: and as far as green, take Collins out and plug him in there on the 3rd pairing until he gets going.

true, but if i remember correctly those losses came before the caps turned the proverbial corner.

i seriously worry about green coming back into the lineup though without having a few games to readjust.

if they can make it through the first round, then fitting in both wideman and green. if they can both readjust, the caps will have the deepest blue line in the eastern conference.

The 7-0 did come before they started playing better, but the 6-0 didn't. With Callahan out, I hope that gives the Caps an advantage. I have less of a worry about Green than you do mostly because the rest of the defense can step up as they have throughout the season. I don't see green as necessary of a cog as I did before
