I honestly think we win both games against the Pens. A depleted Flyers squad will manage to ruin the Pens chances of the Pens winning the Metro. The Flyers have the blueprint out on how to take the Pens off of their game. The rest of the east has followed the Flyers lead. It may mess up our draft position possibly, but it's the Pens.. Let's win this!

I read a good article (will post later if I find it) that Couterier is looking forward to matching up against Cindy to help Jake gain ground.

Also saw another how Chief has screwed up both Schenn and Couterier this year. I said early that Scheen needed to lock in at 1 spot and that he was not ready to be moved all around. He had a decent season going but hasn't built any chemistry with all the shuffling. Couts play a lot with Read, Vinny and Umberger. He started a crazy amount of shifts in the defensive zone. Was about 15th in the whole league on offensive zone starts. Many times he is at the end of a shift when we had possession in the offensive zone.

Bottom line is that Chief must go!

Pittsburgh cannot feel good about playing Philly twice this late in the season and this close to the playoffs. They know that the Flyers are done and nothing to lose. The physical play and injuries will increase more than likely.

So, do the Flyers just match up really well with the Pens, season after season, coach after coach, or do they really just play harder against the Pens? If it's the latter, the next logical question is why can't they get up consistently for the other 28 teams?
