I remember back in the day somebody on these boards would eat this sandwich in hopes to give the Sharks good luck.
If memories served me correctly, good luck would come to the Sharks.

Hmmmm... the Double Down is back and for a limited time and what great timing it is.

Better period. Increased hustle, and we are getting some shots - albeit not a lot of quality ones, but shots nevertheless - to the net. Sharks need more of this style of effort and need to put more rubber on Quick - would like to see some centers start parking in front of him and screening/hassling him as well.

Defense has been better - need cleaner passing through the neutral zone, but its an improvement.

well, you gotta tip your hat to Todd. He stuck with the #1 PP unit all the way to the golf course. nothing like a solid 0-13 PP. Hey if they suck all season, why switch it up.

No show joe has zero shots and god knows how many turnovers. No real reason to expect different, but here comes the excuses of "bad calls" or "the puck had crosses the line and we got robbed..."

The real question is does doug wilson have the guts to do what boston did in 2005 and get rid of joe thronton and then have patty follow him out the door.. The answer is of course no, because no show joe fills seats and everyone just loves captain blinky. Simple as that. The sharks are a business and the business does well.

However, again the bottom six create a goal. Sheppard has been awesome, and its such a shame that the entire top 6 forward crew just quit on the team. too bad...

No question the sharks are the softing team in the NHL. They are, IMO, the greatest chokers in all of hockey. They are the only team to blow two 3-0 leads and are 20 minutes from joining a truly historic fraternity. I cannot wait to read the articles and listen to the interviews.

I expect absolutely no personal responsibility and absolutely no changes in the leadership, so such is life.
