Game 3 will be.... will be the tell all, the most important game for the dubs in this series.
Dubs stole a game at Staples in game 1 with a curry off night and phantom foul calls for both teams. Great win regardless. Took 1 out of 2 which is all the dubs could ask for. But then...
Game 2 the dubs got absolutely smashed. I couldn't believe it. Clips did whatever they wanted. No matter how you want to look at it. No one to blame but themselves. I thought the fouls were def in favor of LA in the early going, but cant take away a great performance by the Clips. A 40 pt blow out win is a 40 pt blow out win.
The Clips are soaking in confidence right now. They are on cloud 9 and don't think the Warriors should be mentioned in the same breath as them. IMO the clips have no RESPECT for the Dubs. Dubs need to come out and take control of game 3 and get a W. A loss in game 3 will doom the warriors for the series IMO.
Adjustments need to be made...Curry def needs to become more aggressive but showed some life and seemed to find some holes in that Clips D in the 3rd quarter in game 2. The "human-torch" needs to light it up In game 3.
Thompson..cant have let downs..7 points.. Dubs will lose every game with that production. Need his scoring.
Then the issue of Blake Griffin. He's a dirt bag, flopper, piece of shit...but he has the warriors number. He hasn't been stopped. Jackson needs to find a way to lower his impact on the game. In the series hes averaging a point per minute. Ridiculous. He is absolutely abusing whoever guards him on the offensive side of the ball. Which brings me to D. Lee. Needs to get Blake in foul trouble like game 1. Might be the only way to slow him. Cant double him bc the Clips have proven they can shoot outside.
Stopping griffin may be the key to the series. I just don't really have an answer. Any thoughts?
