Hmmm, what happened to their starting rotation? Considering that Verlander is the Tigers' #4 starter this year statistically (!), having three bad games in a row from their starters is somewhat surprising.

It could be an option if we had anybody else. Pearce isn't better. Dickerson was but we don't have him anymore. I don't know Ted....are there any great defensive outfielders in the minors we have? Nick at DH could fill a hole we've had since Davis moved to 1st.
