I enjoyed the FSU vs ND game last night. But, I have to admit, I find all the chatter about how these two teams proved their worthiness because of the great game they played last night leaves me scratching my head.
Prior to the game, most of the talking heads questioned the worthiness of both FSU and ND. They questioned their schedule to date… FSU's biggest wins over Okie St and Clemson. ND with no big wins to date…
So two questionable teams played a tight back and forth game last night. How does a game between two questionable teams prove their worthiness? It was nothing more than a game between two questionable teams that answers nothing.
ND barely beat an offensively challenged Stanford. Barely beat a defensively challenged UNC.
And, WVU played some defense yesterday. They played in front of a sell out crowd which was as loud as any game I have ever attended.
What are the Luck and Dana haters gonna say now?
