Yeah, I'm about ready to fucking lose my mind over this team, it's injuries and to a lesser extent, the sorry job of officiating done in all of our games to date.

After listening to the interviews in the post-game last night, I think Peter Laviolette is in the same boat. He was about ready to fucking kill someone with those one word answers and frustrating looks.

No penalty whatsoever. That's why the play infuriates everyone to no end. It was a clear forearm/elbow to the nose/face of Simmonds. I don't know his status (other than potential whiplash and his nose not being broken), but if it's a lengthy injury, I'm going to be livid.

Either way, it's just another example of how dreadful the refs have been in our games. That hurts us tremendously due to our awful special teams play.

I saw two other plays where the Flyers forward chipped the puck off the boards around the pinching wash dman only to get interfered with and they would have been on breaks like Simmonds and no fucking call, it was a joke. How the fuck do u miss these plays where the fucking puck is, no exuse for that.
