NFL.com is reporting that we're swapping 1st's and receiving a conditional pick in 2016. I'll hold off on slicing my wrists until I see how all this plays out

Skrine to the Jets would have liked to see him in Philly.

Too short for Chip. There are guys we can easily take off of our lists because we know what Chip wants as far as measurables go. It's the first thing he did with his position coaches.

Looks like Browner isn't coming back to NE .... thoughts? I'd definitely like to have him here opposite Maxwell.

E-nut might tell you he's too black for Chip.

But he totally fits the "measurables" that Chip pulled out of his ass for the position :suds:

Chip didn't pull them out of his ass. A lot of work went into those measurables and that's one of the reasons he believes in it so strongly. I'm shocked that you guys really haven't heard him talk about this stuff.

Browner fits the prototype. Even Chip knows you can't have a white corner. There was only one Jason Sehorn ever.

He's only 43, I think it's time to give him a call.

I wonder if the Bucs want Bradford and picks.

I have heard him speak on the topic. I'm just saying that I don't put nearly as much stock in the raw numbers as he does. IMO, it is just as myopic as drooling over the combine freaks and their numbers. Pure numbers don't make good players, nor are they indicative of what players are more likely to be good.

10-2 is still a huge move, though. Didn't it take 3 firsts and a second for the skins to move from 6-2 to get RGIII?

I liked Bradford out of Oklahoma a great deal -- he's never had a strong supporting cast and has battled injuries….but I'm not sold that Kelly is making him the big QB move of the year. I think he has more tricks up his sleeve.

He's very talented. He just can't stay healthy, which is just as bad as not being talented.

That, and I've seen him get very flustered around a muddy pocket -- just a couple reasons why I'm not sold this is Chip's guy, I'm sure there's more moves coming.

I don't either, but Chip believes in his shit with serious fever. I only really get excited when a guy runs a fast 3cone.

Yeah, no doubt. Like anything else, I'm just going to be skeptical until I see facts to support his beliefs here. That's all.
