The Niners would never trade for Revis without signing him to a long-term deal.

I wouldn't trade the 1st & second. However, just because the Jets WANT the 13th pick for him doesn't mean he's worth anywhere near that. He's not. They could just be throwing out an obscenely high offer to set the negotiating bar. Harvin had more trade value than Revis (younger, less significant injury), and he only garnered the 25th pick and a 3rd rounder (and a 7th).
