Bring in the next schlep to continue the losing tradition. Did Fisher even bother to interview an available coach say a WhisenHunt? Nope, just move them on up. I am sure he'll come up with some bullshit line to cover the real problem-Jeff Fisher.

I don't know if the problem is just him as a coach... but it's the people he's drafted or traded for. they just don't have the talent on offense besides Gurley and Austin. everyone else sucks! What Stan needs to do is take the offense away from Fisher. He could be the head coach but have NO say who is drafted on the offense of side of the ball or play calling!! Then hire a legit OC that knows what's going on to run the O. Fisher has nailed the draft on the defense side just has no clue on the offense.

Stan doesn't know what to do either Cougie. Fisher should have picked up the phone and called Whisenhunt. Whisenhunt is a good OC and not so good at being a HC. He knows offense and with Warner here in Phoenix, they were very good. At least Whisenhunt knows how to use his personnel effectively and derive a strategic game plan that actually scores points and keeps an defense guessing.

Did Fisher do that? Nope. Whisenhunt has had HC experience and that would be too much of a threat to numbskull Fisher especially if Whisenhunt actually turned the O around and got all of those young guys playing great football.

That makes sense but I doubt Fisher can make that call without Stans approval. And his ass is probably nowhere to be found. Probably digging holes in LA at the new stadium site lol.

It wouldn't make a difference even if they did hire Whisenhunt right now anyways as we are at seasons end.

Black Monday can't come soon enough.

Boras was in the running to get the job with Cignetti. Have to wonder how much different his approach is going to be compared to Cignetti.

Well Cignetti was hired so his approach was something that Fisher liked... I wonder how his approach went? LOL

I've been watching the NFL for a very long time and never have seen a punter drop kick. I've seen Fisher call that play three times in two seasons. It is an understatement to say that the NFL has passed by the Fish. Cig is gone but Fisher should have gone with him.

Reminds me of a line in "The Outlaw Josey Wales": "Now get in line or I'll kick you so hard you'll be wearing your ass for a hat".

As much as we've complained about a seemingly never-ending sequence of terrible OCs, most have moved on to other teams in the league with more success. At some point, it all falls on Fisher.
