I doubt it’ll make much of a dent but this confirmation went about as well as the GOP could hope for and I saw a poll earlier this week that showed the majority of Americans supported the nomination.

Seems like a pretty unnecessary stunt to pull with so much at stake.

Yeah I highly doubt that is true either. My only thought is the location of the Dem's and if they are the neoliberals who are D's in letter only and truly are Republicans in the US.
IF they are Democrats from WV, KY, AL and parts of GA then I see this poll being "valid" in the sense of who they asked. If the democrats were from NY or CA then the later is true.
