I'm just glad I didn't invest in Xfinity this year just to get Root Sports... I've only been able to watch around 5 games this year... First time ever... I usually only missed around 5 games each season...

That is the big thing. Fans need to not show up and won’t ever happened but it’d be nice is some of the companies that buy the suites or the diamond club don’t renew for a year. IMO fans not showing up outside of Felix day for almost a decade led to them increasing the budget from 16-18.

Mariners fans don't have the heart of a killer to show the FO they're tired of the BS and your stadium will be mostly empty. After the Phillies won the WS in '08, they had a couple more good years till it finally ran its course than mediocre baseball for a bunch of years after that and it showed at the gate. Changes were made and a new owner bought into the team becoming the majority owner and started spending money. In comes Harper, JT, Fat Schwarber, Wheeler, Turner to go along with the prospects brought up early and now it's a cash cow for all the owners. This whar Mariner fans should do but sadly won't.

Hmm, I think so/so. We have no idea what’s going on with RootSports. Granted we shouldn’t feel bad cause they will make profits but the entire problem with this ownership is they say X, Y and Z but won’t open their books to prove anything.

What annoys me though is they have multi billionaires or billionaire groups that were vying to bring the Kraken in and with have multi groups trying to pay the 5 billion for the Sonics…..why can’t any of these rich ass dudes like baseball. If I had a couple hundred million dollars buying into the ownership group seems like a good investment.
