Unfortunately JD and the ownership will make one move, re-signing Choi, claiming that it is important to the teamI sure hope not.
don’t bring him back no matter what.

Yes after tonight's game. The only older guy playing when Woody said younger guys would play.It is hard to tell what they might do regarding him.
Keep in mind Willie can not stay healthy . Injury prone. Hope he does not come back but he is still in the line up when older guys are giving way to the younger. StrangeThere is no way Choo comes back unless they trade Willie. But that could happen
I remember when that was the knock on Nelson Cruz, he couldn't stay healthy early on.Keep in mind Willie can not stay healthy . Injury prone. Hope he does not come back but he is still in the line up when older guys are giving way to the younger. Strange

Yes, it was. The moral of the story is, just because someone has a few injuries in a relatively short amount of time at the beginning of a career, that doesn't mean that will always be the case.and it was accurate then
The draft is only as good as the one doing the deciding. Think on that.
This is from an article from earlier this year.
"Manager Chris Woodward said he would like to see Choo back next season.
“I know Jon Daniels and the ownership [are] going to make that decision, but I will always fight for Choo,” Woodward said. “I truly value the person and what he can do. I still think there is a lot left physically, just the way he prepares himself and the shape he keeps himself in. I fully expect him to have a productive year, similar to last year, hopefully better. I don’t see any reason why we wouldn’t pursue bringing him back.”
Not sold on Woodward just yet. Why would he make such statements when we are in a rebuild with the idea of building with young players. Choo as good as he has been has no future in a younger world. Woody needs to make sure which way he is going and stay with it.
Remember his statements about how good Matt Davidson was going to be and how good Gallo already was? Some of his statements are head scratchers. Still can't believe what he said about Tatis HR. And yet he PH Choo with Refsnyder
And now this statement. It's a bit erratic. Where is the common sense. Definite players coach ...maybe too nice
