A rainbow? Why didn't you just say you wanted Lucky Charms in the first place instead playing these mind games with us?!

Sunday is burger night in this house. I don't put anything fancy on mine, just season with salt and pepper then eat with some cheese and sometimes avocado. He puts on a burger spice mix then loads it with pickles and bbq sauce. Oh and of course fries on the side because this is still America.

Tonight it will be country fried steak, mashed potatoes and corn. Been a hot day working in the backyard, so washing it down with a Hangar 24 Orange Wheat or six.

Baked chicken marinated with italian salad dressing and coated with italian bread crumbs, a baked red potato with sour cream and bacon bits, and some rice (I usually substitute the water with a broth like chicken or beef and that will be a "game time decision" but I always break off a piece of a bay leaf to give it a little more flavor).

Wifey just created 2 wonderful potato sides that made my Irish eyes smile.

One was a thin sliced potato type deal drizzled with butter and topped with cheddar cheese and real bacon pieces, baked till the cheese was crispy. I know I am missing something, but I didnt cook the damn shit, I just ate it so back off...

The other was a wonderful red potato garlic smahed potato type deal. Dont know what was in it other than yumm

Who cares what the main dish is when these come out. But tonight I think she is making some kid of chicken deal.
