Keith Jones mentioned changing the rule so the face off comes to center and I think every one should agree 100%

How this wasn't a rule with already is beyond me.

Now if you changed the score and the winning team wants to hide it in their zone, then yes the faceoff should remain in their own zone.

But in a 0-0 game, there is no significant advantage there.

I'm not advocating what TB is doing, but I disagree with KJ on that. I can't see how the team without the puck should have a greater responsibility to keep play moving than the team that actually has control of the puck

The don't have a greater responsibility, they have an equal responsibility since the draw comes out to center ice. Doesn't get any more even than that.

The problem with having the faceoff in the zone is that you are giving the trappers a chance at the puck in the offensive zone when they have done nothing to earn it. By putting the puck at center, you end up with as equitable a situation as possible.
