The problem with having the faceoff in the zone is that you are giving the trappers a chance at the puck in the offensive zone when they have done nothing to earn it. By putting the puck at center, you end up with as equitable a situation as possible.

I'm not paying for an over priced ticket, over priced parking, and over priced everything else (food, drink, souvenirs) to watch THAT shit. I'll go play golf first. I'm just glad my birthday is on a Monday this year. Center ice tickets, 8 rows from the glass are "only" $170 (against the Maple Laughs). The same seats 2 days earlier are almost $400!!!! No wonder families can't afford to take their kids to the games!!!!!!!!
