ha i wanted under too but I let Tox have it. i think he will be fine from a +/- standpoint. he was a +15 in 07-08 and +9 last year so I think that number was a product of the terrible leafs.

Great move, as long as it isn't just a future swap for cole

i like this move. brings in a good young player with cup winning experience. makes our lines even scarier and adds depth if the injury bug comes. hate giving up yet another 1st round pick but i think its for the best if versteeg is part of the future here

So I'm thinking they start at City Hall, and just go straight down Broad Street, ending in a huge party in the Linc.

Absolutely love the move. I think he is the perfect addition to this team. Has cup experience and capable of putting up 20+ goals. Captain Mike better wake up now that he has a scorer playing alongside him finally.

...and I think it's a fore gone conclussion that Zherdev, Shelley and/or Carbomb wont be back next season. I'd like to think he'll be around for a couple of years.

He made a great pass to Richards at one point that Richards couldn't bury... I thought Versteeg played well, especially on the PK.
