I fucking love that house. A little big for my needs, but perfect for my snowbirding goals. Been looking more toward Louisiana, but I'm now intrigued in what value Florida has to offer. I like my outbuildings and that piece had space for that.

That river is absolutely crystal clear and quite lovely...if you turn left. If you turn right, you go out into the Gulf.

That's a bit isolated but what a great spot. A lot of Gators have a weekend home there for proximity to the school. There are a few lovely pockets left in FL...away from yankee derpers.
