Florida AD Says They Would Schedule UCF "In The Right Situation"

No one can get that kind of OOC schedule. That's why I challenged someone to find a tough OOC schedule that would get UCF in. There isn't one.

You are basically asking for the impossible. No one in college football schedules like that.

The only barrier to them getting that schedule is their unwillingness to take 2 for 1s.

If some people had their way, and I’m a G5 school, why the hell would I want to schedule any P5 schools? Just play 2 FCS and two UTEP and UNLV and ride my weak ass schedule to the playoffs every year. Undefeated is undefeated since it doesn’t matter who you play.

G5 know they can't win with the schedule needed.
P5 don't need to schedule that way.

But they CHOOSE their OOC schedule. We don't only look at the OOC or I Inconference schedule, we look at all of it.

Intent of their schedule is irrelevant, only who they played.

Before anyone puts me on blast, keep in mind the the CFP committee and the P5 could've ended this argument by inviting UCF to the playoff and having Alabama curb-stomp them by 30+ points. In that scenario you end all arguments for G5 inclusion into any playoff discussion. But what do I know, I'm just some lowly G5 fanboy.

That’s your opinion. UCF made it to 8 this year beating no ranked teams, missing a game, playing absolute garbage in non-Conference. You think beating two quality teams wouldn’t help?
