It may be time to get desperate on the WR front ( smith isn't the problem here) start AJ I can't crack the lineup in San Francisco Jenkins.

oh, no doubt in my mind. i know for a fact that this offseason is going to be a big one on go-to receivers. mand maybe some more depth for our O-line. that's really the only 2 shaky spots i see. the rest i think we're failry solid on...well, unless you want to throw in someone to groom up after Alex Smith...

Possibly...though I think we've given them plenty already for Smith who I agree is NOT the problem. I've been hearing rumors about a possible trade with the Falcons to get Tony G back. That would be sweet but I think at best it's a long shot.

He doesn't want to leave us and I honestly believe we can turn this season around, but if there was one team I would want him to go, it would be back to KC. To come full-circle like that when they are the best team in football would be awesome and seeing him one more time in a Chiefs jersey would be special.

Totally agree. But if our young o-line ever gets it together, watch out...

Believe it, there are some games I root for Sad Diego, actually more frequently since they have been so erratic, lol. It is simple pragmatism, sometimes there are actually more objectionable things than baby blue victory.

However I think its about to get real for KC. You have to play Denver and the Chargers twice and the Colts and Redskins to boot.

Honestly I would say 12-4 is probably my by best case scenario for KC (maybe 13-3). I could see them going 9-7 still too. And honestly 8-8 is a possibility. Just as long as they win 8 I will happy.

8-0 and still in first place. I'm going to ride this while it lasts because I have a bad feeling about Buffalo. Our offense has not been consistently productive and we seem to be unable to protect Smith. And even the defense showed some cracks yesterday. But again, they were large when they had to be so I guess that's something.

The browns front 7 has been doing that all season. I wouldn't worry about it. I say 9-0 is as far as you go though. Enjoy that bye week while it lasts..
