Pretty sure AP getting fired after the season.....he did well last season but this season he has been a mess.....and I don't think Mark Davis paid him very much when he hired him as the new HC.

I was a big Raiders watcher back in the days of Stabler, Madden and those great defenses, good luck to you and that team going forward, but to me QB and proper handling of the same go hand-in-hand. That said, the HC while an important cog, becomes dependent upon the OC/QB piece of the team.
