i wasn't trying to be argumentative. i really wonder who's out there. i was thinking big names like sabean, but he's with the yanks now. seems like the guys who really know what they're doing stay put or get gobbled up by truly hungry orgs.

I think we all kinda knew this offense was going to be the down fall. Massive whiff on hitting this year. Let's just hope they spend money for hitters in the off season and not utility players. 1B needs to be the absolute first move IMO!

Oh no you must have misunderstood me. No GM of value will come here with our history. I am just saying it can be done with the money we spent, but that requires a real GM. You have to hire an up and comer who wants his first shot and is a hidden genius in somebody's system. Oh lord no we can't do that....lol.

I’m still not even really sure how the firings could work. Seattle could be a good job for an up and coming GM, my issue with all of the younger guys though is they are analytical guys.

But I don’t know in the front office, coaching staff, position coaches or whatever can be bought from Tampa but damn that is an organization they should poach.
