No they wont boo him.
Who cares he wanted out to go play for the Vikings, writing was on the wall, Pack had Rodgers waiting in the wing, it's not like he took off to Minnesota and won another title....

There will be a number that still have a hard on for his actions and will likely boo but the majority of true Packer fans realize the good that he did for this franchise and they will cheer.

What if the Vikings put Favre in the ring of honor this year?

...and had his # retired during the home game against the Packers. How hilarious would that be?

The boos will be greatly outnumbered by the cheers. Count on it.

The reason some Packers fans haven't come around to Favre is because he made it quite clear through is words and actions that he hoped for, and would have been blissfully happy if, the Packers and Aaron Rodgers laid a big fat egg after they decided not to play Favre's reindeer games.

It runs deeper than him just playing for the Vikings. He tried to help the Lions beat the Packers by giving them what inside information he had on the team. He made it clear to Julius Peppers that he would have been happy if the Bears knocked the Packers out the playoff race in the 2010 season. Also after saying "real Packers fans" would understand why he signed with the Vikings, he came out and admitted to Peter King that one of the main reasons he signed with the Vikings was to spite the Packers.

A fair number of Packers fans that haven't forgiven Favre, that I've spoken to, have told me that instead of booing, they'll go take a piss or get another beer at halftime. Make no mistake, there still will be vocal boos. Maybe John Kuhn should walk with him so people will think they're shouting KUUUUUHHHN!!

If Favre were smart, he'd make a few public appearances in Green Bay and maybe the haters will get the booing out of their system before the ceremony. Or, you know, maybe he could make a public apology for what he did. I guess we'll see what plays out, but one thing that's certain is that Favre did put up numbers that deserve the ceremony that he's getting.
