My wife makes pepper steak that is freaking amazing. Takes about 20 minutes to cook and beats the heck out of anything I've ever bought from a chinese food restaurant.

Some homemade meatloaf is one of my favs.

Also the cheesy jumbalaya---cheesy rice, corn, sausage, beans...and cornbread. Yum.

Over the weekend I did 2 whole chickens, split them down the back, in a mojo marinade overnight and smoked them up on the webber. Also made a uge pan of baked beer cheese rotini. It was a terrible deal to eat on

I got a stainless steel "teppanyaki" style griddle last week and fired it up. Pretty sweet little deal, just sits on your grill, was able to get it to about 275 degrees. I made some fried rice and chicken like you would get at any hibachi/teppanyaki restaurant. I have to say it turned out pretty darn good, especially for my first try. Super easy, 10 minutes to prep and cook, and tasted damn good. Now I gotta figure out some dippin sauces for it.

Wouldn't that be four half chickens?

Nay, still all one bird, just butterfly'd to lay flat, one cut through the spine, I find they cook faster that way and I can get rub both sides

I do mine the same way. Just cut deep enough into the spine so they will lay flat.
